Children's Ministry
At First Presbyterian Church we to live into the baptismal covenant made
with God, the children, and their families by
Creating an environment that is both welcoming and safe
Guiding the children through our own words and deeds,
Supporting them with our love, prayers, time, financial resources,
and God given abilities.
Encourage them to be active, integrated participants in the church family,
Helping them build foundations for a lifetime
of Christian discipleship and growth
Provide opportunities for them to be active disciples now in the world
through faith enrichment, worship, service and mission, and stewardship
Encouraging them to know and follow Christ by showing them how to be
faithful members of this congregation through our own actions and words.
